Telemann's repeat signs have four dots instead of the now-standard two.  I don't know if this is one of his idiosyncrasies or just the way repeat signs were written in the 18th century, but since I have to put the repeat signs in my notation manually, I also put four dots.

As with the last tune, I used 16', 8', & 4'.
