"Trau auf Gott in allen Sachen" (#182a)
If the title is what's sung to the first musical phrase, the words "allen Sachen" are sung to notes of all different pitches (spanning a fifth: B A G E), giving a sense of the entirety of "allen."

"Gott ist mein Heil" (#180)
There are two titles in the Register that start with "Gott ist mein Heil": "Gott ist mein Heil, Glück" and "Gott ist mein Heil, mein Hülf'." I'm not sure which this is.

"Herr Jesu Christ, ich weiß gar wohl" (#175b)
There are two titles in the Register that start this way: "Herr Jesu Christ, ich weiß gar wohl, daß ich einmal" and "Herr Jesu Christ, ich weiß gar wohl, daß ich von." I don't know which one this is.

"Welt, packe dich" (#168)
This is the third tune so far to mix time signatures. Previously, there were "Brich entzwey, mein armes Herze" (#111) and "O Jesu, du edle Gabe" (#141).

"Sag', was hilft alle Welt" (#167)
I'm assuming that the title is what's sung to the first musical phrase. If this is the case, the phrase "alle Welt" is sung to notes of all different pitches (F# G A), giving a sense of that breadth, especially since one note is an accidental.
